I have been to Central and South America for five years running riding bikes, mostly with my wife as passenger. Now with 'Spot' i feel much more comfortable knowing i will be able to connect instantly with Med Jet Assist. Even if you can afford to send a jet to pick you up, it's the ease and timeliness of getting it done that makes Med Jet Assist so valuable.
